We started the firm in 2019 because we kept seeing the same thing: capable founders building real companies on a finance function held together with tape — a part-time accountant here, a compliance vendor there, and the founder doing the rest at midnight. The numbers were always late, rarely trusted, and never ready when an investor asked.
Our answer was one accountable team that owns the whole function — from daily bookkeeping to the boardroom conversation — rather than another vendor to manage. Senior enough to advise, staffed enough to execute, and embedded closely enough to actually understand the business.
The team brings together more than fifteen finance professionals, led by four chartered accountants, working with founders across India from Indore (our headquarters), with offices in Delhi and Jaipur.
